Fluid.iO Oil Condition
For in-line oil condition monitoring, we offer the Lub-6, an innovative measurement system that optimises the life and performance of your machines. Using our NDIR-based sensor technology, our oil condition sensors collect precise data on the oil chemistry of the lubricating oil directly at the machine. Potential problems such as contamination, wear and tear of additives are detected early, before costly breakdowns and machine damage occur.
The FluidIX Lub measurement system offers a user-friendly web interface that allows you to track oil analysis parameters as well as trends. You get an assessment of the oil condition to derive recommendations for maintenance. Integration into existing machinery and equipment is realised via ModBus TCP. Signals, alarms and warnings can be sent and received from the unit.

Based on non-dispersive infrared technology (NDIR), ZILA GmbH has developed an inline-capable measuring system that permanently monitors the oil condition directly in the system. The optical measuring system consists of a multi-channel infrared measuring cell with associated electronics and peripherals.
