Responsable de production (H/F/D)
Do you enjoy taking responsibility while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on? Then you’ve come to the right place. We are looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d) for our manufacturing facility in Bensheim to provide technical leadership to our team and organize daily operations. As part of the team, you will also get hands-on and work together to ensure smooth production processes.

Your tasks
- Technical leadership and organization of our production team
- Planning and coordination of production orders
- Ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, and workplace safety
- Active participation in production operations
- Process optimization and close collaboration with R&D, quality assurance, and management
Requirements
- Completed technical training, ideally with further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician
- Several years of experience in manufacturing or production
- Initial experience in leading staff is an advantage
- Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality
