Easy integration & fastest commissioning
By using the ES series, you reduce time-consuming, labor-intensive commissioning and device testing for safety-relevant components. Configuration and functional testing of sensors and switching relays can be performed quickly and precisely via an Android app. This eliminates the need for a gradual increase in system pressure.
Alarm, test, and setting logs can then be wirelessly transferred in PDF format from the device to your smartphone.
System diagnostics, leak testing, and measurement data acquisition can be performed in a single step using the ES series' service functions.

Flexible expansion of the measuring and switching channels
The devices of the ES series are designed for increasing (maximum pressure limiter) or decreasing pressure (minimum pressure limiter) depending on the application.
The ES series can be expanded into a central measurement and control system using measuring channel and switching channel extensions. For this purpose, specially developed SIL 2-capable pressure transmitters (ZT-S) are connected to the ES device via a secure communication interface. This enables simultaneous monitoring of up to four pressure circuits.

Advanced parameterization for easy monitoring of system pressure
The operating concept is based on the VDMA menu structure, which further simplifies device operation.
Use the two control buttons to quickly navigate through the extensive configuration menu to precisely adjust switching points, switching delays, hysteresis, and many other parameters. Switching points can be set to an accuracy of 0.1 bar across the entire nominal pressure range. The device saves your settings digitally. Alternatively, you can conveniently configure the ES-2x device using a smartphone app via Bluetooth.

Les appareils de la série ES-2x sont des dispositifs de commutation de sécurité électroniques pour la surveillance de la pression avec des fonctions d'autodiagnostic complètes et une conception à l'épreuve des erreurs. Les appareils sont utilisés comme régulateurs de pression, pour la limitation de la pression minimale ou maximale sur les compresseurs dans les installations de réfrigération et de climatisation, sur les pompes à chaleur, les installations de chaudières à vapeur ainsi que sur les systèmes hydrauliques. À l'exception des relais de commutation intégrés, il n'y a pas de composants mécaniques mobiles, ce qui permet d'obtenir une grande résistance aux vibrations et une longue durée de vie. Les limites de commutation peuvent être réglées confortablement et surveillées avec précision. Des fonctions complètes d'autodiagnostic et d'établissement de rapports assurent une surveillance sûre et une désactivation rapide de la source de danger ainsi qu'une grande traçabilité des événements survenus.
