Fluid.iO's proMtec brand products provide state-of-the-art inline density and concentration measurement systems. These devices enable continuous, precise monitoring of liquids directly within the ongoing process – without sampling or laboratory analysis. At their core, these systems are based on physical measurement principles such as sound transit time, vibration frequency, or optical methods (NIR). Since density and sound velocity are closely linked to the composition of a medium, concentrations, mixing ratios, or quality parameters can be directly derived from the measured values.
